HISTORY
The European Association of Machine Tool Merchants (EAMTM) is a major international body representing Machine Tool Dealers. It's members come from 25 countries world-wide, meeting and trading on the basis of mutual trust.

Founded in the UK in 1940 as a British Association with 10 member companies.

Reached 100 member companies in 1950.

Became the Association of European Machine Tool Merchants in 1973 with 175 member companies.

Re-named in 1990 and became the European Association of Machine Tool Merchants.

Membership now incorporates more than 200 companies throughout the world.
